Independence day is celebrated with great devotion and the day is enriched with patriotic programmes.
A well organized systematic learning experience is provided by having symposium, panel discussions,
Workshops, conferences and seminars to bring out latent of student’s and develop skills in administration.
Learning cannot be confined within four walls of class rooms. Educational tours and field trip are essential part of our college calendar. We plan the tour before hand and the student’s visits the important land marks and famous Institutions in India.
Recitation, Essay writing, Elocution, paper presentation and quiz completions are held to motivate students as a part of improving academic performances.
Teachers’ day was commemorated on 05.09.2022 at P.R. College of Nursing, which was well organized by Management. The Teachers’ were honoured and appreciated for their contributions. The cultural programs were organized by the students to mark the day.
Founder’s Day is a very important day in the college calendar. This day is celebrated every year on 8th January by staff, students and family members with great enthusiasm to express our gratitude, love and respect to our founder Sri P. Rudresh Kumar, who have contributed towards the leadership and vision of the college.
We organise and conduct Talent Show every year for Freshers. The students perform the art of singing, dancing, acting, playing an Instrument and other activities to showcase their skills.
Annual day is the integral part of our college activities. Annual day is celebrated every year with great enthusiasm and excitement when students present wonderful performances, receive praises and honours for their curricular and co-curricular achievements.
The sports, cultural events and competitions are conducted before the Annual day event to award the overall championship trophy’ to the winning team and its captain and student members.
The Ayudha pooja is celebrated every year on the occasion of Dushara Festival. This day is celebrated as worship of Goddess Saraswathi.
International Nurses Day is observed around the world every May 21, the Birth anniversary of Florence Nightingale and also to mark the contributions that nurses make to society. We the staff andsstudents of P.R. College of Nursing have celebrated the Nurses Day by conducting a seminar on Nurses Day theme and by taking a nurses’ pledge to uphold the ethical and moral values of teachers at work in the field of teaching profession.
